My name is Megan MacLeod and I am here to share my experiences and tips with health, wellness, lifestyle , and a little bit of beauty mixed in here and there. I have spent the majority of my life worrying. I was in a constant state of worry, not always an overwhelming sense of anxiety, rather just worrying and overthinking everything in my life. I worried about the past and the future, with little energy being spent on the present. Around one year ago I began a complete lifestyle change. I decided to cut all animal products out of my life and I dove into spirituality, wellness, and The Law of Attraction. Through consistent effort and self-awareness I began to notice positive changes in my mood, energy levels, and overall outlook on life.
I have created this blog as a space where people can connect, share, and learn about all things wellness and lifestyle.
